At Simpleday Solutions Ltd., we take data security, privacy, and reliability seriously. The dash is built using trusted, enterprise-grade tools and follows industry best practices to keep your data secure, private, and fully under your control.

This Trust Center outlines our current security practices and infrastructure.   

1. Data Movement & Integrations


FiveTran (SOC 2 Certified)

The dash uses FiveTran as our ETL provider.

  • FiveTran is SOC 2 Type II certified
  • Your system credentials are entered directly into FiveTran
  • Simpleday never sees, stores, or has access to your credentials
  • FiveTran moves data through secure, encrypted channels
  • Credential management is fully handled by FiveTran

2. Infrastructure

 

Secure AWS Cloud

AWS hosts the core infrastructure that powers The dash.

We follow AWS best practices, including:

  • Data is encrypted in both transit and at rest
  • Fine grained access control and least privilege permissions
  • Network isolation and firewall protection
  • Continuous monitoring for unusual activity
  • Reliable automatic backups and redundancy
  • 2FA authentication

     

AWS maintains globally recognized certifications such as SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

3. Data Storage (Snowflake)

All data processed through The dash is stored in Snowflake, a secure, enterprise grade cloud data platform.

Snowflake provides:

  • End to end encryption
  • Role based access control 
  • Automatic backups
  • 2FA authentication
  • SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and FedRAMP certifications

4. Data Visualization Layer


Metabase

The dash uses Metabase as its analytics and dashboard visualization engine.

Metabase includes:

  • Secure, encrypted database connections
  • Role based access control
  • Enterprise grade architecture

5. Data Ownership

  • All data you connect to or process through The dash remains 100% yours.
  • Simpleday does not claim any rights or ownership over your data.
  • Each customer’s AI is trained exclusively on their own data.
  • We do not resell, share, or export your data outside the scope of providing The dash.

     

This is reinforced in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

6. Access Controls & Confidentiality

  • Access to infrastructure is restricted to authorized Simpleday personnel only.
  • All access is logged 
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled on systems that support it, and secure authentication practices are applied across our internal environment.
  • Credentials for integrations are handled securely. Credentials entered through FiveTran remain on FiveTran’s systems and are never visible to Simpleday. Credentials used in our native integrations are encrypted before being stored.
  • Internal confidentiality standards apply to all team members with system level access.
